Legal Stage

• At this stage we will verify:
  • the owners and owner’s rights to sell the property
  • that there are no mortgage or other secured loans on the property
  • the status of the plot of land
  • that the information printed in the Title deeds and on the property plans (drawings) do not contain discrepancies
  • tax valuation of the property.
• After all the above legal formalities are met, our lawyers will have to examine all the property deeds and ensure that the consent of all the sellers is given to the sale of the property, so that you obtain a good title in the property;
• After all verifications your solicitor in Bulgaria will draft a Preliminary Purchase Agreement, translated into English, for you to read and sign
