Registering a Private Limited Liability Company in Bulgaria

• If you are buying piece of land with your property or only plot of land, a Bulgarian Limited Liability Company has to be incorporated. The sole owner of the company will be you;

• Opening a cumulative business bank account;
• Registering the Company in the Court and with the National Companies Register (Bulstat Number) and the National Tax Authorities (Company’s Tax Number);
